Swish Blog 3/17
After a bout with a cold Swishblogs are back in action. Actually love the card today.
What I'm watching for today....
Detroit - How nuts will Duren go today? Stewart is out and Washington is awful against bigs. Duren could have a monster, but also worth watching for the blowout.
Washington - Who gets the minutes? Like every game wondering who gets the mins for Washington. Crazy to think Will Riley is highest points, but he seems like the only one with certain minutes.
Miami - What will the rotation look like without Bam/Wiggins? The market is pricing Ware to start and get the full Bam mins, makes sense, but who else will benefit? Pelle should be locked in for good mins for his defense.
Charlotte - Who will lose usage with everyone healthy? Charlotte has basically their whole team today. Seems like Kalk/williams could lose some time, along with minimal bench role today.
Oklahoma City - Of the cheap prices Dort/Mccain/Caruso/Wallace who gets the usage? Dort is very very cheap, Caruso benefits from playing real games. Those two could be worth a long look.
Orlando - Will their rotation stay the same? Tend to think their starters are locked in post Black and with Da Silva getting the bigger mins.
Indiana - Who even plays today? Have a pile of questionable, gotta wait for status there.
New York - Who gets the Brunson bump? Bridges seems very cheap considering, his typical bump from Brunson.
Cleveland - Will Mobley continue his hot streak without Allen? Typically Mobley takes money in the market when Allen is out, this year it's lagged a bit, despite good games from him.
Milwaukee - Will Giannis/Turner play? If not always looking to Portis.
Phoenix - Will Booker continue to go nuts without Allen/Williams/Brooks. He's gone off a few games in a row, and seems back to beast mode. The market has responded by moving him up 2 points. This might be the right price.
Minnesota - Who gets the bump without Ant? Typically Randle gets the big bump which market has, Interesting Ayo is the next in line, I'd probably rather go elsewhere.
Philadelphia - What does the rotation look like today? Drummond got huge mins last game, Grimes went off, I'd be looking at the cheaper guys today.
Denver - Which role players get the usage today? Market pricing in a blowout, so would imagine the blowout proof guys probably a better look than the Gordon.
San Antonio - Who gets the Vassel bump? Harper/Kornet maybe both out as well. This would be a prime spot for bench guys to get blowout run.
Sacramento - How many mins does Westbrook steal from the young guys? Would guess not that many and the tank rolls on but TBD as Derozen went 40+ min last game.
Few things I'm looking at.
The phrase don't look a gifthorse in the mouth I think was made for bigs against Washington. Jalen Duren is big, has been awesome, and Det's other big Stewart is out. Fair price for rebs in the market. I don't hate Rebs, pr, pra, etc.

Next one I'm looking at is Mikal Bridges. Brunson is out yet we are showing an aggregate fair price against likely a ton of Pacers missing. Meaning the market is so against Bridges, that he didn't really get a bump up for Brunson being out compared to his recent closing lines.

Last one I want to look at is Dylan Harper. In blowouts Harper tends to go off more. Currently he's questionable, but with Vassell out should already get a small bump, but then maybe the blowout bump. 11.5s definitely worth shopping for, as those are fair compared to the 12.5 which is a touch expensive but I still like it.

Good luck on the games today!
