Alex Caruso
This is not a drill!! Snatch up Caruso at 5.5 pts if you can! I'm also playing PRA as soon as it's available on my books. Currently at 11.5 on BetMGM for those who can play that.
Davion Mitchell
I like the zig on the markets zag of assuming Davion gets more ast without Herro when his biggest differential really comes in the amount of shots he takes. This matchup is better for his scoring anyway, as TOR is 7th limiting ast.
Isaiah Collier
Playable to +100
As you can see, I like Collier a lot today because he consistently gets a lot of assists in not a lot of minutes. Today though, I think he's going to get a lot of assists in more minutes than he normally plays. 24-28 minutes is fair, with a ceiling as high as 30 with such a thin roster.
With Markkanen + Nurk off court, Collier is averaging 11 ast per 36 minutes, and that's with Keyonte George and Flip on court as well. He should be blowout proof in this one, not that it's a huge concern either way as both of these teams are going to be very undermanned and it's just a 4 point spread. They should also be playing at a super fast pace with little defense considering how most games play out in UTA. The last 7 Jazz games in UTA have averaged 252.3 points per game.
Karl-Anthony Towns
Playable to -135
I'm leaning into the KAT vs MIN in Minnesota. It's absolutely conjecture, but I do think Mike Brown was happy to sit OG + Brunson tonight to let KAT go for 40 if he wants. That said, I like the rebounds the best and I think the market is likely keeping his rebs down because Mitch Rob is going to see big minutes tonight. Still, I don't think that means KAT isn't getting boards. He's still at 11.7 rebs per 36 minutes with Robinson on court. I actually like that he's on court with Robinson when Rudy is out there for MIN to ease up his rebounding matchup.
Paul George
Playable to 25.5
My math puts PG at about 32 minutes tonight where he should be projected closer to 27.5 or 28.5 PRA. Even with Maxey and Embiid both playing, this lineup is thin and PG is either 2a or 2b to Maxey but he's not far down the pecking order. Edgecombe and Grimes are both battling illnesses and Philly cancelled shootaround to avoid spreading it to other guys today. I don't like their chances to play and think we're going to see some nice CLV on this number if/when one or both of them are ruled out.
