TNF Bets Week 6

Saquon Barkley o15.5 Rec Yds (-117 DK)

Jalen Hurts u243.5 Pass + Rush Yds (-114 FD)

Jalen Hurts u26.5 Pass ATT (-108 DK)

Jaxson Dart o7.5 Rush ATT (+102 DK)

Saquon Barkley O 15.5 Rec Yds (-117 DraftKings)

Playable to 18.5 Rec Yds

The Eagles have been emphasizing Barkley's involvement as a receiver this year with an uptick in route participation (51.4%) and his catch rate (90%) has gone up due to higher percentage looks. The Giants have been horrendous in run defense, which should lead to more defenders in the box, and the Eagles should counter by getting Barkley free on short receptions. The Giants are allowing the seventh-most receptions and receiving yards to RBs this season and they generated pressure on 55% of the Saints' dropbacks last week, so the Eagles could counter that with some screen plays.

Jalen Hurts U 243.5 Pass + Rush Yds (-114 FanDuel)

Playable to 240.5 Pass + Rush Yds

The Giants are dead last in Rush Defense EPA and the Eagles last three opponents have been well above-average in terms of stopping the run. So, I expect the Eagles to get back to their identity by pounding the rock in this matchup. Aside from last week's matchup against Denver and the comeback win over the Rams, Hurts is averaging just 127.7 passing yards and 148.7 air yards per game in his other three starts. This offense hasn't generated many big downfield plays at all and the G-Men are typically good at limiting 20-plus yard pass plays. They've also been good limiting rushing QBs, including holding Hurts to 22 yards on 7 carries in their last relevant meeting. Hurts has averaged 153.3 passing YPG over his last three real games (filtering out Week 18) against the Giants and the Eagles have had their way on the ground with 243.3 rushing YPG in those contests.

Jaxson Dart O 7.5 Rush ATT (+102 DraftKings)

Playable to -105

Young quarterbacks aren't going to trust their reads too often, especially against a fantastic Eagles secondary that is well-coached under Vic Fangio. Dart should tuck the ball and run often if the Giants are forced into passing situations. He's averaged 8.5 carries for 54.5 yards in his two starts and should be playing from behind for longer in this one. The Eagles have lost a consistent edge rushing presence, so I'd expect Jalen Carter and company to flush Dart outside the pocket where he can scramble for yards.
